"A bunch of clowns. I feel very sorry for anyone that have them as their attorney. They are sending paperwork to the wrong address. Mr. R.G. Rojas, Sir please find another attorney because you will never get any settlement dealing with these clowns. There isn't anyone in my household that was in or caused a wreck, in 2021 and yet you clowns continue to send paperwork to my home. The only person that is suffering is Mr. Rojas. This makes no kind of sense. I called this office and spoke with the receptionist and informed her of their mistake and nothing was resolved. I'm tired of the harassments . My next step is to contact my lawyer as well as the State Bar of Texas, and whomever else need to be called. Someone will answer for this mess. Just ridiculous."

"My review as a Paralegal is these guys are biggest pile of garbage I’ve ever run across for a law firm. Last year I signed up with their office and sign the paperwork for them to represent me in a personal injury case I had were the other driver was completely at fault, as deemed by both car insurance and the sheriff. When their legal assistant failed to reach me and call me back, my case got put on their back burner until the statute of limitation almost expired, and then they reached out to me again and have supposedly been working on it, and they did answer interrogatory questions from the other party for me, but for the last six months now They’ve done nothing when it comes to helping me get medical care. The attorney spoke to me sometime back in May 2023 and told me that he would be in touch with me to try to help me get care because I’ve still been in pain all of this time Than two months ago one of the assistant lawyers who helped me answer the interrogatory questions promised me he’d get back to me within a week or two to help me get care and nothing I called two weeks ago from now October 18 telling the paralegal to have the lawyer call me so we can discuss how I can find someone out here in California to give me care and still not one damn word from the lawyer if your case isn’t going to bring in a lot of money or your case is older, because as in my situation, they totally flagged up and forgot about my case. Then they will treat you like you don’t matter like they have been doing with me, which is not the standards of the American Bar Association you should treat all of your clients equally, they could’ve already been making another move because unless Texas is laws are very different. Generally they would’ve done something by now since it’s 60 days from the time we answer the interrogatory questions."

"It's been over 3 weeks now since I sent them my workplace discrimination case. All I get is automated text messages, no person. It's like they don't care at all. I tried uploading some images of the auto generated messages but this portal won't allow attaching them. First auto message was from 'Jeff' assuring that my case will be assigned to an Intake Specialist. Another auto text was from Breanna asking if I reported the issue before it became a case. She never waited nor acknowledged any response. Since then I've been just getting auto text messages from Jeff saying same thing about Intake Specialist will be assigned. This might be a scam. Even the positive comments here sound controlled."
