The paralegals were unprofessional and rude. They are the ones you deal with mostly they pretty much run the office. If offered Uber, don’t take it because this comes out of your settlement. It is not a courtesy offered by the firm. Also, do not pay for anything out of your pocket especially prescriptions. I did and not only was I not reimbursed, but same amount was taken out of settlement. So, I was charged twice. Very disappointed with service!!!!"
