"Phone never awnsers, if you have an emercebcy this is not the place, They ask you for an appontment inwhich you have to do over tbe phone wich is not awnsered, then when you get there they dont allow you in with your dog it is as if you get to the doctor with your kid and leave it in the front door. After I posted this review Dr Martin called me for a follow up and adressed my problem they took in considerarion what ive passed trough i hope they can Improve this little things like who ever wants to go with their dog they can and Improve business hours probbably straight hours would help, They are very kind"

"While I was very happy with my visit here. Follow up has been non-existent with this office. It turns out my dog needs a maintenance​ medication. I didn't get a promised phone call about the results of her blood test. Nor another promised call from the Vet once I called them, nor yet another promised call back concerning buying the meds she needs. If you decide to bring your pet here these folks are very kind, conscience, professional and the prices are awesome. However, be prepared to come back in person daily if a follow up is needed."
