"Had a repair by another jewelry shop on a sentimental bracelet done and it was done so terribly I figured one of the gold links would have to be replaced. I spoke with Scott over the phone and said that he can replace the link. When I went in, he deemed that was not necessary, and was able to fix the link on the bracelet. He made the repair in all of 20 minutes and the bracelet looks great again. Can’t recommend them enough. Love to see local neighborhood shops doing such great work. Thank you again!!"
