"Do not I repeat DO NOT give them your money! I am writing this review after calling four times (over the course of four weeks) to try to get a phone call back to no avail! BIG SCAM!!! I’m just glad I didn’t give them my $500 but I guess they make money off the $3-4 deposit you do give them since I’m sure they speak to hundreds. Have been reaching back out to Harry because I was going to sign up but everything happens for a reason. What a waste of time! Responding to their comment: "Lots and lots of people" riiiight lol what kind of company doesn't return 4 phone calls over the course of 4 weeks imagine if I had given y'all $500 I'd be PO'd because I'd still be one of "lots and lots" of people no telling when I'd hear back is my point! And no I did not get a refund for my application fee I was told that went towards my first consult. Cutting my losses good riddance!"

"This is a scam. It’s been a long time since someone actually contacted me. I paid everything and no one ever answers. They say that you have access to their services and specialist on law firm 24/7. It’s all a lie. They ask to write a review for 5 stars before ending the call. Once you pay and give them 5 stars… they are done with you. One “customer representative” said my account was closed. For what? Where is my service? Where is my money? Before you take their services, ask to speak with a supervisor or a legal team member. No one is ever available. Try it. Do they contact you back? No, unless you are new and about to pay them. Any email address or actual office? No. If my money is not returned, I will take legal action on this firm."

"communication was great they called me until payment cleared. after my payment went through it turns out i have to call them be on hold until someone can answer the phone and make another appointment. We'll see.. I payed $600 dollars.. so far i feel taken advantage of.. i'm trying to get help as a disabled veteran."

"First of all guard your hearts and wallets at all cost because these people will take your money and run. 1. We called and paid $250 for initial consultation, they said after final payment the attorney would get started. 2. They are rude when you call back and ask for follow up questions. Val hung up in my face and then the other consultants hung up as well. 3. When they do answer the phone they give random numbers to call different locations that do not respond or have even less information. 4. No one will explain how to get a refund since we clearly can’t get them to communicate on the case. It’s sad how much they take advantage of suffering families I wish I could give them a 0 rating."

"I seen their website immediately when I googled how to do a modification of custody. When I called the lady she was very helpful and after putting my card information in to pay the $3 application fee and was told I would have someone call me for a consultation I then went straight to the reviews and realized I made a huge mistake!!! So I called them back to cancel my appointment because I didn’t want any accidental charges for just even speaking to someone. The lady told me that she couldn’t cancel my appointment and that she would send over a request to her supervisor to call me. Why wouldn’t you be able to cancel? It wasn’t very hard for you to schedule it in the first place. Anyway I just froze my card and I’m not taking any chances. Don’t have any spare money to just hand out. Thanks but no thanks."
