"According to OAG IVD court there is a way to dismiss a case without moving to district court unfortunately I was not given that counsel, choice, or advice from Lauren Jackson. To add insult to injury Skillern office manager does not understand "do not contact me, let me speak to your boss." Firm refuses provide me with my full retainer which is on a credit card. I'm a Marine Corps veteran of 6 years and over 15 years as a First Responder. 12/27/23 In response to owner, BBB made this statement, "The company failed to respond either to the consumer or the BBB to the complaint(s) filed."
