"Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a disposable vape that didn't work at all straight from the package. I came back to exchange it for one that DID work, and the girl behind the counter told me that they don't do exchanges but she would make an exception for me, and let me swap the defective one out for a different one. Then that new vape ALSO stopped working after about 10 hits and because they don't do exchanges, I'm now just out the money with no recourse. I think it's an absolutely disgusting business practice to not allow customers who purchased products that were defective to exchange them. I understand the store has no ability to control the quality of the products they stock, but the very LEAST you could do as a business that sells products that have the potential to be defective is allow your customers to keep exchanging them until they receive a product that works as advertised on the packaging. I will never go back to this store and I will tell literally anyone who will listen never to shop there because they essentially stole from me. I'm actively wishing for them to go out of business. I'd rather see a business in that location that cares about their customers. If I could give 0/5 I would."
