"Today I waited over 1.5 hours for my severely anxious dog to be seen and finally walked out because it's not fair to stress him out for that long. My last visit in January, I waited over an hour. They had me waiting over 2 hours to be seen while I was pregnant and waiting with 2 anxious dogs. I've given them enough of my time and my patience is gone. I don't call to make an appointment just to sit and wait half the day. I understand emergencies happen, but this is a consistent issue."

I have 5 cats 2 of which have been treated there successfully 1 is starting treatment today. They are very thorough and go the extra mile in trying to identify the issue.
