"The crew here, especially Victoria, have been so welcoming to me and my daughter. My daughter is 7 and was scared to get her ears pierced. In a show of good faith and for what it might look like, I got my right ear pierced a few weeks ago and it was painless when Victoria did it. After a play date with her friend (also named Claire!) my daughter was fixated on getting her ears pierced too, and I took her immediately to the same Claire’s where I went. Victoria kindly stepped in to offer the ear piercing to give my daughter a consistent experience, was super reassuring and encouraging, and as a result my daughter was walking on air and so proud of her own courage for getting her ears pierced. Beyond any of the jewelry and accessories, this kind of TLC from the staff makes all the difference. Staff members Sophia and Karrissa were also very kind and patient. We’ll definitely be back to this store in the future."
