"I was here In Illinois visiting and I have been battling lung cancer, I was experiencing a lot of hair loss and I walked in to ask if I need an appointment I was considering shaving my hair as I just had 6 inches cut off a few days ago and still did not help the hair loss. I explained to Eyad what I was dealing with and he was the absolute kindest and compassionate. He offered to shave it immediately and offered me a wig to leave with. When I called to book an appointment, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they could schedule my appointment over the phone. I had an amazing experience on my first visit to this place. Nihada did a great job with my hair and recommended trimming my ends, without overdoing it. There was no wait time and I was in and out quickly. I even got to meet the very nice owner. I love their appointment system and the fact that they accept card payments. I will be coming back here."
