"I typically love coming here, but I came in a few days ago and was helped by a nice man who talked to me about disposable vapes and recommended the Daze. He even told me they had a deal going, so I purchased 2 and the first one was working fine, but the second one didn’t work at all. I went back asking to exchange the defective product that I wasn’t even able to use, and was told it’s “out of my hands” when I asked who I could talk to about it the man said that they don’t do exchanges on defective products, which is absurd to me. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here since they don’t have a policy for defective products they’re recommending to customers. EDIT: after the owner responded I went in and explained the situation to Shashi, who was working today and he got me an exchanged product and let me make sure it worked before I left! Thank you!!"
