"I’ll be filing a complaint with the attorney general’s office regarding their tactics. I pay $1100 per year HOA fees. I have had a hardship this year and it’s only October and they want me to pay $2991. This is theft. This is wrong. When I ask for breakdowns of the ledger they respond with more threats of forced foreclosure and higher balances due."

"Just like others received a letter demanding me to pay them $334.50 for a purported HOA violation. This attorney does not respond to emails or phone calls asking for a breakdown of how they came up with this very specific amount. The fact that they take the time to respond to negative comments on here while completely ignoring those same people's emails and other attempts at contacting them says everything you need to know about the firm."

"This firm is a dumpster fire! We got locked out of our HOA SPECTRUM account, then they turned us over to collections instead of taking our payment. So we set up a payment a one year plan with the HOA& Sears Bennet Firm. We sent them check after check on time each month, and they would hold on to the checks for months then cash them all at once! Destroying my checking account each time. Deliberately breaching the payment contract over and over again. Then when you call the office to ask them about it or offer to pay them directly and they talk to you condescendingly and offer not support. This is just a money grab firm that will rake you over the coals."

"They charged $330 to sent a letter from my HOA to me. Apparently it took them 1.2 hours to send me the form letter that didn't even contain a real signature. If it is $330 for their admin staff to ad my address to a form letter and send it, I'd hate to see what it would cost if an actual attorney had to work on an account. I am contacting my HOA to see who the decision makers are that hired a firm and to file a complaint for these exorbitant charges."
