"Nothing against Dr. LaFleur, but the staff at the office is terrible. I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen at my first appointment just to be told I would need an MRI. I schedule the MRI and ended up waiting over an hour for that. Then I called a week later wondering when I would get my results and the staff said someone was supposed to call me to schedule a follow up, but no one did. I made it clear that I did not want to make the 45 minute drive if the results were normal and made the appointment. I then waited over an hour for that appointment to be told the scan looked good and that I would need to schedule another appointment for an injection. On top of all this whenever I call I get the answering machine and I never get a call back. I called the office today to ask them if they listed to my voicemail yesterday morning, I was put on hold and someone else picked up the phone to ask how they can help. I told the woman to cancel my next appointment and to remove me as a patient and she said ok sounds good, bye. I have had to pay for 3 appointments and non of which helped my issue."

"A doctor is only as good as their staff, and the office manager Christi is the worst. She doesn’t return calls the same day and is very rude when you question her. STAY AWAY If you need FMLA or short term disability documents to be completed. They will say yes to complete them when you’re a new patient but will then pretend they never agreed to sign or complete such needed. Go elsewhere if you want good customer service."

"Dr. Lafleur is a good doctor but the staff at the front desk are rude and not very professional. I asked politely if I could be with my wife during her procedure and the response I received was “nope just take a seat and wait for her.” A simple “sorry but visitors are not allowed” would have sufficed."

"Dr. Lafleur not only got me in the same day, but spent time explaining the results of my MRI. He was very specific with the treatment plan and was obvious how much he cares for his patients. I would not hesitate to refer all of my friends and family to him. Thanks for providing such good care."
