"Double J animal hospital is very professional and very helpful. I did not receive the best news about my baby, but the staff handled everything very well. They gave me the information in a caring and professional manner. My baby was treated well and my feelings were considered as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"We loved Dr Mark and the rest of technician and staff. They is few things I can suggest but still it was getting the dogs first. Read the records because send them awhile ago. Grace probably could use anal gland express since she getting groom that will be taken care probably and possibly allergies but I think future appointment but we do really like the vet and the whole staff and I will also remember bring up things as I remember otherwise it was a good place and we glad we be regular our dog there. Could do ask for better vet and office staff and techs"

"Not a very good visit. I called on Monday morning about my sick dog and wanted to get her in immediately. Reception informed me I would have to wait until 1:30 for walk in visits. Once I got into a treatment room, my dog was taken to the back for lab work and to get checked out. After the visit with the Dr., the Vet Tech brings me medication for my dog that I had to give her once I got home! WHY COULDN'T THE DR ADMINISTER THE MEDICATION WHILE SADIE WAS IN THE BACK RECEIVING MEDICATION FOR VOMITING??? And since I was a walk in they charged me with a $125 office visit for urgent care???!!! Not Good! I'm very disappointed and deeply unsatisfied with the care and procedures that were taken while I was there. Not to mention the fact that Sunday morning, I called Double J to inform them of my sick dog (which I was going to take to be seen- thank God I didn't!) And the answering service tool my information and had me on hold for more than 5 minutes while I was waiting for SOMEONE ON CALL to pick up and they NEVER did! So I hung up the phone. After hanging up, I DID NOT receive a call back from whoever the "on call" person was. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DR. MARK JUSTICE and the way his business has taken a turn for the worse. I've been a client of Double J since they first opened for business. My services will be taken elsewhere from here on out."

"Dr Mark is the best Vet in our area, in my opinion. He is very intelligent and an an excellent teacher, desiring to educate his pet owners about their animal’s needs. His facility is amazing. He is on the “price-y side” and getting a non emergency appointment can take a week. But I trust him and his staff with my pets completely!"

"Nicest vet I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. You can tell he truly loves his job and cares for the animals which is the most important to me. My daughters cat had her front nails removed and I thought they had come back so he saw her cat to check. Apparently the cat (Biscuit) was walking wrong causing pads I think it’s called. Anyway he didn’t even charge me to fix them for Biscuit even though I offered. Just a very nice caring man. Only place I will take any of my animals."
