"Ordered online was told my order was ready when I went to pick up it was not there, not once but twice they had to reorder. My husband went to buy a pallet of cement waited almost an hour to have it loaded the guys who loaded began to unwrap the pallet during the process when it was not supposed to be unwrapped . My husband asked to speak with a manager Erick the manager NEVER came to check on the situation after being called over the intercom. Why do they have managers managing a store when they are arrogant and careless about their store or customers."
