"Worst office admin team!!! I was seen by their office last year and I paid for my visit in cash. The next thing I know is that I am receiving bills from them for the same visit. I called their office and was told that someone would look into it. 2 months later I receive a notice from collections stating that my account was sent into collections. I again try to reach them and was told that the regional manager would look into it. Till today no one has called or looked at the situation. They keep telling me that if I made a cash payment I should have asked for a receipt however no one is asking why a receipt was not given to me in the first place. Seems like someone pocketed my money and never posted it to my account. Now I am stuck with this collections issue. The cardiologist was good however the office admin team is the worst one to deal with. They would keep sending you in circles and make you pay twice for the same appointment. What a rip off!!!"

"This place is the worst, I was referred by a cardiac clearance for inguinal hernia repair, I never saw the cardiologist Rajiv Agarwal, Jessica Olivarez always attended me, after four different exams because I was going for the fifth exam and they always found an excuse to say that I needed another exam, I made the decision to consult a cardiologist at Katy Memorial Hospital and he found me ready for inguinal hernia repair, I had my surgery, I received general anesthesia and here I am giving my testimony that so many exams were not necessary and that there was never a cardiologist available at this site."

"Dr. Agarwal is amazing! Excellent bed side manners and takes time to explain everything, made me feel super comfortable. Best experience ever! And the Katy office staff is amazing. Loved their work ethic, loved their attitude, they definitely made me feel welcomed. I also met with Jessica O. She was amazing. I can’t say it enough, if you guys are looking for a wonderful cardiologist who will make you feel comfortable along with all his staff, go to Modern Heart & Vascular, you will not be disappointed. Also, Friday (8/18) I had a petscan and the two ladies who did the petscan were amazing. You ladies went above and beyond! Definitely the kind of Drs you feel secure and comfortable with."
