He made eye contact even through a screen. He provided a lot of information and emphasized how important it is for him to educate me and all his patients on all our options so we can make the best informed decisions for ourselves. He pulled up my MRI images and was very thorough as he reviewed them. He shared them with me on the screen so I could see what he was seeing.
