"I came to Sylvan today to take a teacher certification test. Although it was nice having my own private room to test in, it was extremely loud and distracting. There were also windows in the room where you could see the kids walking around, learning, playing, talking. It made testing very loud, uncomfortable and distracting. They did provide ear plugs, but they did not work. I assumed when signing up for this location that it would provide a separate, quiet location for testing (like other facilities do). This was not the case at all. Everyone was very nice, but this should not be a testing location if quiet accommodations cannot be made."
