"Dr. Khouri removed our sons circumcision ring without any numbing and just pulled his stitches out. Our boy was only a month old and was bleeding all over. It was very traumatic. He yelled at me to hold him down because he does not have a nurse. We waited almost 2 hours just to be seen. He made us pay before even being seen which was okay but we have insurance that would have covered the visit. Then a few weeks later we recieved a bill in the mail that i just paid to be done with him. I later checked with my insurance to discover they had already paid. I never recieved reimbursement. He is a fraud who also commits insurance fraud."
