"Went in yesterday and witnessed the absolute worst piercing ever. It was done on a young girl. The joke of a manager who was doing it screwed up so badly on one ear. She noticed her mistake, didn’t apologize once and ran away to the back of the store like a coward. She then only came out because the other employee there went to get her. Then she had an attitude because the mother of the child was upset. Claire’s really needs to stop with the ear piercing. So sad and unprofessional."

"If I can do a zero star I would. My daughter went in for her 3rd piercing only for it to go horrible. They somehow pierced her cartilage. The manager was defensive, argumentative and downright rude. My daughter is 11. I'm trying to get involved with corporate."

"Today I took my little one in to get her ear’s pierced. She’s 7 months old, so I definitely wanted to make sure that we felt comfortable with whoever was doing it. Theo had her ears pierced by Tracy, who did a phenomenal job! She was nice, knowledgeable, and I felt completely at ease having her pierce my daughter’s ears. They turned out perfect, and I am very happy with the earrings that we picked, based on Tracy’s recommendation. She answered every question that I had thoroughly, and I felt sure about all the options available. She handled my daughter so wonderfully, and had such a calming presence, that Theo was happy to be held by her and was all smiles, even after she got pricked! : ) Overall, I’m very happy with the whole experience, and definitely recommend this location to anyone considering having their baby’s ears pierced!"
