"This rating is in regard to a situation I encountered with the credit union in the past week. I received a call looking for my daughter who's car I cosigned and since the car was not behind she didn't call them back. Turns out she had a credit card that was behind and we were told the car was considered collateral for the card and they would have to pick it up because she didn't call to discuss the obligation. What is cross collateral? Who threatens to repossess a $30,000 car for a $180 credit card debt? The collections person referenced the contract and a vague paragraph stating the credit union could do this. I was told my name on the car basically was nothing and for her debt outside mine could result in a repossession. Unethical!! After speaking with the employee who initially helped me with this financing I calmed down. I appreciate her, but I am still weighing options as we have several accounts and two cars there. This abuse using that clause in the contract to threaten a customer is over the top. My daughter did take care of the debt and corrected the email they were incorrectly sending notices to."

"This is the worst credit union hands down that anyone can deal with, I have been a member for 7 years. I have had many issues with this bank dealing with money that I want to take out or I put in to my account. Management is down right disrespectful and they don’t care if they lose members. They don’t help you when in need, they only want their money. That’s a great way to run a bank. I put money in my account but their system is trash and they told me I owe them money. So I have been trying to call for several hours and no one will pick up the phone. Please read the reviews before joining this credit union."

"I've been with them for over 10 years now. I've bought cars and had them refinanced through InvesTex. I bought my last car almost 2 years ago and refinanced through them. I remember thinking I didn't really get much of a savings as I usually have in the past when I've refinanced my vehicles through them. I didn't think they'd do me wrong even though their customer services was/has been declining. I recently looked at my bank payment withdrawals and turns out they took it upon themselves to add Insurance Advance disability and credit life to my bill. I specifically remember telling them I was glad I was refinancing through them because the other institution had done that and I didn't want it. I never read all the paper work they had me sign because I trusted them to do me right and I don't understand half the stuff. I warn everyone to read their contracts thoroughly when you do business with them. I contacted them about it and they told me I had to go in to sign a form so they can remove it. I go in and I tell them again and no apology, no refund of all those months, nothing! Talk about customer service! Wow!! Everyone, don't trust them like I did."

"This bank is getting worse and worse for it being a credit Union they should be more responsible. Drive-through says they're open until 6 PM I drive-through at 5:50 PM and sign says CLOSED per manager Edgar at the location near Hardy its a normal thing that happens since its an automatic system. Also in order to take out money at an ATM and not be charged extra you have to use an investex ATM. The ATM at this same location has been broken for the past 3 months on and off. This bank has changed owners a couple of times but now it's just not having good reviews for reasons of them not being responsible in many ways."

"Been with investex for 6 years, great for auto and personal loans with low interest rates but dislike that I get ID for depositing money and my wife doesnt"
