"If I could give zero stars, I would. After having referred repeat business to this place, they could not assist when I paid off a $1000 loan. I paid them EARLY to clear my balance. Told me I needed to be there before closing or the pay off amount would increase at 5:30. When we got there to pay it at 12:40, they said the pay off balance increase. Stating they told me to be there by 12:30. This was not the case. She said it would increase at 5:30. Paid it anyways, to get out of this loan. In the past, I've referred friends and family to them. Never again."
