"Big waste of time. I paid in advance for consult than had to wait week and half . I am disabled and requested phone consult which he was 20 minutes late for. I had dr appt so wasn’t able to respond to his late call. Left message to call him back and did so after weekend and 4 days, only to be told he could not help me with my hearing next week. In the mean time I told another attorney I did not need them since I had found another. WASTE of time I should’ve read reviews I know better! SHAME on you"

"I was referred to this law firm and thus law firm had a task to write a simple letter and it took forever for this to get accomplished and hen they did write the letter they had errors in it that had to be corrected. On top of this they weren't even competent enough to spell my name right on the letter the 3rd time of writting it. I appreciate finally getting the letter however this shows the lack of concern for their clients. I must mention also that the interactions were very unpleasant from the initial attorney consultation. I asked questions and would be dismissed. His negative behavior was confirmed by The State Bar and the referral attorney. Hargrave is a liar and has a very condescending attitude when he's supposed to be a help. Obviously this profession he chose only to profit. STAY AWAY!"
