"I usually don’t write a review and I love HEB in-store service. I really like HEB delivery services, but poor service will make me look else for my groceries needs. My request to the store managers, please ensure home delivery items are good to be delivered. I am a little frustrated with HEB poor home delivery services. I usually will give four stars, but the quality of service is hit and miss. I like the convenience of this local HEB store. In the past, I was a true believer in home delivery, and now not so much because of items open or smash. I switch over to curbside pick up and it’s a little better service. I was trying to give home delivery another try, because I could not do curbside pickup at this moment. But nope it fail me again, my orange juice seal was rip off, and my meal prep meals was smash open. Yes, the items were replace. But this is not the first time, I have received poor customer service with home delivery. I understand the delivery demands are high, but please take your time and do better. Again, I love my local HEB store and it’s a great place to shop. Sincerely, frustrated with missing or smash items"
