"I paid for several projects to include fence installation, Vinyl flooring installation, and ceiling repair. The flooring installation was not well done at all. Many pieces were not touching, the floor beneath was not cleaned well and caused uneven panels, concrete under the flooring is visible in over 5 different areas. He did not initially install transition strips from the vinyl to tile and carpeted areas. He told us at a later date that it would be an additional charge and has not returned to fix the installation error nor the remaining transition strips. The gate to the fence has a gap on the bottom leaving over a foot and a half of space for our dog to escape the yard. He has yet to return to complete the fencing job. The ceiling repair was the most terrible of all the jobs. Once finished, the ceiling was never sanded down and was drooping. He also left paint all over the carpet in that area. I had to pay another contractor to redo the ceiling. Initially it the owner Mr. Hughes was very professional and responsive. Once I paid him in full he became very unresponsive. He also tried to charge me extra for the flooring stating that he miscalculated the area. Please DO NOT PAY THIS MAN IN FULL UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. His workers seemed to be learning right on the spot while he stood to watch over them. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I have pictures of his poor quality work."
