"Avoid like them like plague induced zombies walking through open gate at a gravel road. Wish I could give a zero. I was referred to them by FedEx freight so I thought they would be somewhat vetted. They quoted me a rate for commercial shipment and didn't show up. Since I prepaid, I had to go drop off at their Fort Worth loading dock. They have the audacity to send me an an invoice for nearly 2x the mount I was initially quoted and prepaid. Their customer call center is overseas so good luck with that as well. 6+ calls made with no resolution. I will never, ever ship with these guys again. BE FOREWARNED."

"This has got to be the worse delivery service in history. They tried to make a delivery to my business at 9:54 pm. What business other than a gas station or some fast food places are open at that time? This is the second time they had done this to me. And the last time it took 5 days to get my package because they kept trying to deliver before or after business hours. They are not too smart or really do not care at all. If I could give -5 stars I would!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I've been waiting on an Office Depot order for over a week. I've called multiple times for updates and always get a representative out of India. All they do is read off the screen and tell me it's out for delivery. It's been out for delivery for a week. I've spoken with a "supervisor" and he tells me the same thing as the other person does. It's beyond frustrating and I don't understand why Office Depot would continue to work with them knowing how unreliable they are."

"I don't even know how this place is still in business. They definitely don't ship on time or on schedule. An order was supposed to be scheduled Friday, and when it didn't arrive after they assured me it was still on the way, I gave up, and called first thing on Monday. I was told after every hour I called that someone would call me back in an hour. Finally someone told me it needed to be scheduled ???? I scheduled an order for Tuesday between 7 am and noon. Guess what. It never arrived. They had the nerve to tell me it was never loaded on the truck. On request of talking to a supervisor, (after being on hold for over 10 minutes - enough time to write most of this review) - I'm told it was be delivered within 2 hours. Do I believe them? Not at all. But I'm going to keep calling until it's here."
