"Note: This is addressed to people who plan to apply for GAT Airline Ground Support or any kind of airport job with GAT. First off, hiring staff is not exactly the most attentive or initiative when it comes to information. During my interview, the minor basics was all we discussed (salary, schedule... yeah, that was really it,) despite my numerous questions. Any other information... they don't give you if you don't ask. Not about training, no heads-up in case something in the schedule changes, and definitely not on how to properly reach the badging office. Turns out you have to go into the airport itself, pay for entry, and park on the upper level, not subterranean. It's a whole process that the wrong hire staff agent won't prepare you for. All in all... if you plan to work here, you need to ask every question you have even the slightest doubts on. Oh, and ramp agents need to buy their own back braces."
