"Yesterday I tried to refinance my loan, they were having connection problems so we gave up after two attempts (over 40 mins) This morning I called around 830. Annette answered and Anna (who helped me yesterday) was busy and she would return my call. 30 mins later, no call back. I called again. Same lady answered, Annette put me on hold and tried to transfer me to Anna (who was apparently still busy) because again I got Annette. Again I was told Ana would call me back. 30 mins LATER I received a call back from Mike. He gathered all my information and said it would be 20 mins. AN HOUR LATER, he finally calls back and tells me they were in a meeting. EXCUSE ME, you were helping me BEFORE YOUR MEETING. He calls again and has the nerve to ask me how I want to proceed… AGAIN TOLD ME 20 mins. IM STILL WAITING. At this point I’ve been trying to refinance my loan since yesterday and today it’s been over 3 hours and I’m STILL WAITING. Absolutely earned your one star review today. Way to go"
