"A couple of years ago I took a loan for four thousand dollars, I opt to have the payment to be taken out my account on the due date. I paid off the loan and figured since I established a good credit with them I would certainly be ok for another loan if needed? Well I decided to try for another loan with them due to some unforseen financial circumstances. I filled out the application sent the necessary documents and was told just a few more things were needed. Well once all the documents were sent, that needed to be sent, I was told it looks good and there is a good possibility I would get the loan. Well I hit a snag in the process and was told I need more income to get the loan approved. Well at this time my fiancee decided to give her information too. Once again I was told everything looks good and all documents would be submitted. Low and behold the next day I was told that my fiancee was told to send some documents the previous day, but she never was told to do so. It was on that day that she was sent an email requesting said documents. Long story short we were denied the loan. Now mind you I have been employed for ten years with the same company, I own a house and two vehicles, one which was paid off and I was a previous customer in good standings. But yet I was deemed not eligible for the loan. Wow if that how they treat valued customers, I wonder how they treat other customers."
