"Terrible experience, no public respect and no restrooms. Lack of expertise. There is boxes everywhere and they don't respect online appointments. Everything is done automatically. Just terrible the Loan Officer didn't even had a business card with her Loan Originator No. Just simply terrible."

"I'm a business owner and this location lacks so many key elements of a good lender. Their office still opening and they have carton boxes everywhere but not only that their representatives lack empathy, expertise and on top of it, they offeer "Public Restroom" even when you go have a confirmed appointment with them! Worst than a gas station. Their marketing announces that they will look at you more than your credit scores but yet they do everything automatically. There is no respect for the appointments online because they will call you to talk down to you as potential customer. The online portal said I was pre-approved and yet they Denied the application, I'm disappointed that I allowed them to run my credit so if you are thinking about doing business with them do not!!!!"

"I have been a customer at the Tomball branch for over 3 years. The team has always been flexible and has been willing to work with me and my situations. This time was no different. I walked in and within an hour I had what I needed. Thank you"

"Very absurd the APR% they want to offer people with good credit and they also go based on your tax returns for a loan. Definitely misleading when they ask for the required documents to run your credit but in the end they want documentation you can't provide at all. In the end I'm glad it didn't work out because the first steps to get a loan was a disappointment."

"The WORSE MANAGER and staff of any company I have ever interacted with. The manager NEVER comes to the phone, return calls nor reply to emails. No wonder her staff is unprofessional…RUDE and being curt with you and letting your loan sit in office for WEEKS!!!! Extreme lack of communication and very Lazy!! I asked twice for my loan to be withdrawn because it had been over 2 weeks of no resolution, so I applied with a different company and got approved with a much better interest rate and awesome term immediately. Loan funded on day number 2 of applying with this other company, and it was directly deposited into my account. The guy who answered the phone at One Main said he will notate that I decline any and all offers and I requested it to be withdrawn as well as tell David, Ebony AND Adrienne I believe is her name…the manager that I changed my mind and to withdraw it along with giving me a confirmation it has been withdrawn per my request by phone or email. NOTHING!! 1 week later after it was suppose to be withdrawn, I get an email that they still continued with the process and turned it down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONE MAIN FINANCIAL, especially the location on 249/ Tomball near Buffalo Wild Wings and FM 1960."
