"Do not use this company! If I could give them zero stars I would. I sent 12 boxes to India and only 10 arrived. They lost 2 boxes. The boxes contained items with sentimental value which are priceless. The customer service was horrible with this company. Karan was my contact and he stopped answering my questions when we I inquired about the boxes. Not only was the customer service horrible, the shipping time took so long. I sent the boxes in August 2023 and they did not arrive until February 2024. The original estimate was 3 to 4 months. To this day, they have not located the boxes and there is no compensation provided."
