"Customer service is terrible. Manager is rude and so unprofessional. At the moment they were out of croissants and had to sub for biscuit and then had the audacity to up charge the sub. I asked about the up charge at the window and she states that it’s because it’s for the biscuit sub and I proceeded to explain that it’s not like they gave us an option. And she’s stated that’s what it is. We asked for managers name and she refused to provide. Need better management. So disappointed with how they handled the situation."

"Stopped inside to order food and at least four different employees walked by the register, looked at me, and kept walking and talking to each other. No one said for me to wait or acknowledged that I was there. There was no one else waiting for food and no one was in the drive through line. I don't mind waiting if people are busy but ignoring customers is rude and very bad practice. Completely unacceptable."

"We went through this drive-through on Friday evening on the way out to go camping in Concan with our family. The dining room was closed, and we had to go through the drive-through and when we did, we saw why! There was only one lady working and doing everything from cooking to cashier. She did a great job and had a great attitude and I’m super impressed with her efforts! It took a little bit but the food was warm and delicious. Hats off for persevering in the face of adversity!"
