"With something like a testing facility all you hope is that it isn't going to distract you or stress you out. However, at AES Literacy Institute, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome in their testing spaces. They had excellent and organized service, they were already fully prepared for my arrival and check in took no time. They asked me about my day and encouraged me before my test which was really nice. And wow, it was random but they had extra touches, like decor to make the space feel more inviting. I am recommending everyone at work get their certifications done here, and I would literally come back here just for the fun of it it was so nice! My only small nitpick is that their desks were metal so they were kind of loud if you bumped into them and I am really tall so I was a little smushed under the desk."

The whole sign in process was effective, and organized. The exam site and surroundings was neat and quiet. They are warm friendly and ORGANIZED!!!! Take your exam with them. You will not regret."
