"This is the 3rd time that I have had my mail held which is supposed to include packages! Unfortunately, they have delivered packages and I have had to contact people to retrieve them. In my info, which I went to PO, it states to put on front porch and this last one was lazily delivered to back gate where it got soaked. And of course, they would claim no responsibility if ruined! So disappointing!!"

"This was the worst experience I have ever had at a post office. They were rude as hell when I asked how to return this. I haven’t ever done it before and expected more patience than I was given."

"So I dont leave reviews very often but I have to this time because Michelle, the Postmaster at the Acton Branch was so very helpful in helping me track and find my packages that I thought were lost. She took my information, looked up my numbers and said she would call me back and thats exactly what she did. Even in this holiday time when everything is so hectic with shipping she was so professional and thorough with my issue I couldnt have asked for anything better or more. Thank you Michelle."

"Older gentlemen with white hair is not particularly helpful or friendly. Instead of helping me with correct information I needed to process an address change he told me “it’s taken care of” and I got a denial email. No warning given, nothing, just lied to my face and said he took care of it. Thanks, this will delay my moving process, appreciate the “help.”"
