Rude rude rude To reply to your comment Mr. Baker…. you spoke with me on the phone last week regarding my dad’s situation of being in a nursing home and you were annoyed that “we had already been on the phone for 10 minutes” when we spoke about the durable power of attorney . I had called to make an appointment to discuss our options of what to do in our situation and I even offered to pay for your time on the phone. You dismissed my concerns about my father having dementia, even giving your medical options about someone you’ve never met. You were rude and rushed a potential client. You are correct, we’ve never done business together nor will I ever."
