I was told my agent would be out Friday to look at the house. Nobody ever came by or contacted me. Here it is January 17th and nobody has still contacted me about my quote."

"When I decided to switch to TFB, the agent, Denise P said she had the paperwork ready and I just needed to run by for 10 minutes to sign paperwork and it would be "a done deal". I was there 2+ hours. First RED flag. She never properly processed anything & I unknowingly was without ins for months. Second agent, Sheri S was no better. Never available to answer calls, gave me the run around, then suddenly quit working there. I switched to another Ins Agency and it took 5 months to receive my refund from TFB. I will never use this Co again. In addition, DP, promised a gift card to the member who referred me...he never received one. No surprise"
