"I have waited over three months just to hear that I wouldn’t be supported with a loan. I had to call and to find out what the status was, for my loan, only to be ignored. All I did was waste a bunch of time, putting my documents together, only for them to not take seriously the situation that I was in. Fortunately, I am running my business without a loan, and looking for another solution at a Bank that is more promising. I do not recommend getting a loan from these people. They will waste your time."

"Like so many others they claim they will help start up, this is not true. Less you already have working capital they will not even give you a second look. I would say please never advertise as a start up help. My loan amt. was a small ask of only $8,500 the rest has been coming out of my own pocket. I am finding if you are trying to start your biz on your own, everything is being slamed in your face."

"It was fairly easy to get a loan and overall pleasant experience until I found out that this loan was on my personal credit report and this factt affected my home purchase greatly. I decided to pay it off, which I did online, because I could not reach anybody on the phone. I was not able to stop autodraft, nobody ever gets back to me and I continue being charged monthly fee on 0 balance loan. Making a last attempt to drive to the nearest physical location. Its like a scam, you call them and cannot get pass by receptionists or they just hang up on you. If you have a choice, do not go with this company"

"Beware when applying for funding with this organization. I'd suggest making sure you speak with someone beyond the intake/information reps to ensure they actually offer funding for the specific type of business you have. I submitted an application and they performed a hard hit on my credit (somehow they were able to do this w/o me providing my SSN, as I had not yet provided it), only to call and tell me they do not offer funding for my line of business. While I understand that they do not loan to my type of business, it would have been nice to know this before they moved forward on an action that affected my credit score and potential applications with other lenders. When I brought it to their attention, they did not offer any type of apology or compassion at all."
