"I attend an in-person workship in Toyota Kata in January 2023. The instructor was experienced, the curriculum practical, and the fellow students enthusiastic. Taking the learning back to work, I was able to incoporate experiments in my Kaizen Events (I've led 250 weeks thus far) to boost the number of innovative counter-measures, not to mention positive feedback from team members.
