"I've only bought from this store a few times and wont be going here anymore. Every time my elf bars and esco bars have been burnt or dont hit correctly. Continuing to sizzle after smoking until they blink. Not sure if they just get terrible batches or what but it's almost mind blowing how all the ones I've bought from here can be bad. NON EXISTENT REFUND OR EXCHANGE. So BEWARE you may be wasting your money. Sunshine Daydream O'Fallon hwy K has the best options, prices, and deals. Only reason for shopping at Posh Vapor is because it may have been the closest shop near by at the moment. From now on I'll just make the drive else where. I had bought my item and had only been gone an hour before I had to bring it back, due to it continuing to sizzle and burn. I tried my item in store and it did not do that. Not only returning an hour prior after buying it but when I physically showed the lady how it smoked and sizzle and stayed lit up, she expressed they had been having issues with that specific type. She opened 2 of the exact same types, and they did the exact same thing mine was doing. She expressed that there was nothing that could be done and insinuated I was lying, even with my defective item and receipt WITH the date and time. And she didn't remove the rest of the ones on the shelf. Elfbar watermelon bubble gum is what I bought. The customer service really isn't great either."

Refund policy is non existent purchased product for my boyfriend and you have to test the product there in store to make sure it works otherwise you dont get a refund I don't smoke so left went home he went to use product and it didn't work immediately went back to the store and asked to get a new one switch it out and was told sale is final and no refunds are allowed I was literally just up there. Will never purchase from again."
