"The good: Employees are friendly. I like their selection of vape products and pipes, they also have Delta-8 products (I occasionally use as a sleep aid) and they carry Kratom, all of which are priced reasonably making this place my favorite vape store in Wentzville. The bad: I only took off 1 star because there have been 2 occasions (months apart) where the door was locked when the posted list of hours on the door says they should be open. So if I'm in a hurry, I will go somewhere I can count on to be open when it's supposed to be. But I understand stuff happens and occasionally we all run late every now and then so I can forgive this anomaly unless it starts to happen more frequently. Fair warning: This is totally not their fault, but the parking lot they share with a laundrymat and Papa John's is pretty small and can be a little hectic to get in and out of which once resulted in someone backing into my car then driving off before I came out of the store. Obviously that's not their fault but if you don't mind walking a few extra steps, you may want to consider parking in the adjoining Save A Lot grocery store parking lot."

"One of my favorite places for kratom and other products. Always chat with Kevin who is down to earth and genuinely a chill person. All the people that work at this location are always so extremely nice and fun! Such a great group and wide selection of reliable products. Even after moving out of Wentzville I still find myself driving out there just to shop here. They always take care of me and provide such friendly service. Never had any issues!"
