"I went in for a gift. There were 3 workers talking at the counter. Not one acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, or even said thank you or come again. I did not buy anything. Customer service is lacking alot!"

"Got our daughter's ears pierced for the first time. There was only one associate at the time (the other had gone to lunch), and she kept getting interrupted by customers coming in which made us wait much longer than necessary. The process is pretty quick, so she could have done the piercing first instead of continuing to put us at the 'end of the line.' Other than that, the store had plenty of earrings and accessories to choose from."

"In my opinion, it’s ok. I usually go there will extra money I have laying around, but EVERYTHING is overpriced. I could go get all of these things on amazon for way cheaper. Also, one day me and my friend went over to Bath and Body Works with my aunt. We had my little cousin and my friends cousin with us too. There was a buy one get one free thing going on, so me and them (except for my aunt) went into Claire’s. I have been in there a lot without an adult and no one had ever said anything, but this time it was different. We were walking around in there for about twenty minutes, and one of the workers came up to two of the cousins and told them to go to where our parents were! We got mad, like always, and stayed cautious. Then, about ten minutes after that incident, they came up to us and told us to go to our parents, I told them that she was in Bath and Body Works but she said to go to her. I am still mad and it disgusts me that they had the nerve to tell me and my friend that we (basically) not old enough to be in there."

"PSA. Does anyone want to guess what this is? Well, I will tell you. It's an earring backing. Claire's now sells their earrings with both a metal backing and and this clear backing. I used the clear backing, it would slide on and off easily and she got to have a cute little turtle in her ear. One day, in June, we couldn't find the clear backing. We assumed it fell off. She said her ear hurt, but I thought it was because she was allergic to the metal of the turtle earring. It was a couple weeks later that I had a feeling that the clear backing was in her earlobe. I took her to the doctor twice before anyone believed me. So, here we are, months later, at Children's having the backing removed. I have had a lot of anxiety about it the last couple weeks and today was traumatizing and scary for her. I took my youngest's backings out immediately once I figured out what happened and they were both embedded in the back of her lobes and I could barely grasp them with my fingernails. Lesson learned. Hopefully someone else will learn from my mistake because emotionally, physically, and about $3000 later, this was not fun."
