"I arrived 15 min early to find one person inside & the place locked on a Sat. Only to be told the girl cutting my hair had called off & no one called me. I told the girl I was from Cottage Hills, I was Terminally ill & had been dropped off & she still refused to let me wait inside in the air conditioning. Even though I had on a mask & so did she. She made me wait outside in 90 degree heat for 25 min until my ride got all the way back to the salon. What a first Impression, I will Never go back!"
