"Horrid experience. I recommend buying a vault and keeping your prescription in it because if you misplace it like I did you will never get a copy from them. I understand its one year old but they have records of the visit and we're patients there so I can not understand the refusal of printing a sheet of paper for my records at home?. The looks I got from the two receptionists there was ridiculous. The snark radiating from their faces was enough for my husband to move the entire family to a different eye doctor. Be weary of canceling your appointment, we called to cancel an appointment and were berated in front of another patient on a different visit about being a no show, when we had 100% phoned in to cancel. It was embarrassing. Dr. Barr had the place in good shape but it's very unprofessional with Dr. Zarate and his crew now. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache."
