"I have had nothing but bad experiences here. For the most part with reception. Its so sad to have to label places as bad due to front desk rather than the actual medicine which is why we go there but it has to be said. Very unorganized staff in the front. No communication. Referrals take forever. Please do yourself a favor and look for the place yourself otherwise you will stay stuck waiting. Also, look for your own place to do your imaging otherwise you will get sent to whatever is easier for them. If you need prior approvals from insurance, you must be the one to stay on top of it and get the process moving otherwise you stay waiting only to get denied for missing info on pre-authorization. Dont stay waiting for call backs because you will not get them. You have to keep bothering them! Remember, no communication between them. What you tell one of them will not be passed on."
