"Diego Aguilar Palacios is a great doctor, my appointment was at 8:30am, I was seen by him, he preformed my procedure I was out the door by 10am and was able to go back to work. If you're looking for a Urologist your in good hands with him."

"Excellent doctor (Palacios), but I went in to have my blood work analyzed and waited 90 minutes. No one saw me. I walked out. Found out the next available appointment is in six months. I’m supposed to be checked for cancer recurrence every three months. Ridiculous wait times."

"Doctor and nurses have pleasant bedside manners. Facility clean and pleasant. Services well perf ormed. Billing outrageous - It seems all appointments are billed by both doctors office and hospital as if the appointments are all considered outpatient visits. This is the only DHR doctors office that seems to do this. I never have trouble with the other 4 or 5 DHR doctors that I go to. Is it double billing or coding problems. Something is going on."

"What is the deal w DHR?!?? The wait time is atrocious, at best. THE worst experience I have ever had in any doctor's office. Hands down. Over 2 hours of wait time just for the intake of a new patient. I was a patient of DHR before, a few months back. You would think thier technology would have my records on the system to make it a much smoother transition and less of a wait time. After the registration process the wait time wasn't over. Another hour before I get to see the Dr. I wish they were as quick with their appointments as they are quick in taking your money."
