"The front desk kept rescheduling my appointment and now they don't know who the he'll my doctors are"

"Had good experiences with the doctor before. Had an appointment today and after 30 minutes of waiting I was asked if I had a mask by a staff member who was clearly a Karan. She stared at my kids and I waiting for the opportunity to show she wasn’t to be missed with. I decided to step out and wait in the hallway. I returned and asked if they wouldn’t see my kids without a mask and they said no they wouldn’t. At this point DHR needs to revise the policy on mask and make it optional for individuals entering the building. Health care should be provided to all individuals regardless of what you or they believe. To many of the clerks/ secretaries believe they have the right to speak to clients in a rude manner because we some choose not to wear a mask. It’s time to move on DHR. Do better."

"I understand the medical industry is under pressure and there is a need for more doctors and staff in our area. But there just has to be a solution to managing patient’s wait time. I waited over 1 hour to see the doctor. If you’re a professional who takes time out of your day to come here, take this post as a sign. This place in run inefficiently in regards to wait times and there’s no appointment schedule being followed like other doctors offices have figured out."

"I have had problems getting my 1 weekly insulin filled at my pharmacy. I have spoken to the only person in charge of doing preauthorization in this office several times over the last 2 weeks. Dr Palacios is amazing as a Dr. But his staff is incompetent. This lady I'm charge of doing refills and pre authorizations told me that my once a week insulin would not do much to bring down my sugars. When I told her then why would a Dr prescribe it she said your insurance isn't going to cover it Ma'am with an attitude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she quickly said "my supervisor is not in until next week"! And has had me only hold for 15 minutes when I told her that I wanted to speak to someone else in charge of the staff."
