"We used Pet Meadows as that's who our Vet uses for pet cremations. We were given a link to make the arrangements for our senior dog upon her passing. There were several small details that were missed, or changed that disturb me. First, we ordered a medium wooden urn - based on the size recommendation from their arrangements form for a 55 lb. dog. The urn we received was a small, and the ashes barely fit. The 2nd item was the wording on the paw print. Although the wording is correct, it was spaced very oddly with one word on a line by itself. The phrase was "Run Fast, Run Free." Rather than split the phrase evenly, the put the last word Free on a line by itself. It may be small, but the lack of attention to detail is upsetting in a situation where details matter."

"My beautiful 9 year old German Shepherd Hannah passed unexpectedly at home on a Sunday afternoon while we were on vacation. Texas Pet Meadow & Nicole immediately took over all the arrangements with the ER clinic and helped my son deal with his grief and sudden loss. Nicole & Sheila kept me informed every step of way with amazing compassion and even set up a viewing so I could say goodbye when we got home. Everything was handled beautifully, with love and respect for Hannah and us. They went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful."
