"I ordered 3 big arrangement that petal pushers assured me they could do. While picking them up I notice they were NOT what I asked or payed for even included fake flowers from the grocery store. In one of the arrangements that was supposed to be medium sized, was 5 roses and filler daisies that didn’t even match and she charged 100$ for it . The rest of the arrangements looked like a 5 year old put them together. I left the flower shop crying. After letting the assistant know she just stared at me not saying anything. Being that I needed them in just a few hours I had no choice but to take them. I then expressed my disappointment to the owner and she was very dismissive, had to be texted multiple times for a reply and all I was offered was a gift certificate worth nothing to use her again (yeah right) after expressing not wanting the gift certificate to use her again, I was blocked! This shop is ridiculous and should really show better customer service. I feel for the poor people who order from them next. Does not even deserve the one star but I had to put it."

"Honestly wish I could rate 0 stars. Very disappointed with petal pushers. When asked to create something special for a funeral with a high budget, Business owner assured us it was possible to create. By the time we picked up arrangements we were very disappointed when we saw it was not what we had asked, nor what she assured us she could do. As it was 2 hours before funeral we had no other choice but to use them. Later, a family member tried to clear things up with petal pushers but the assistant referred to my family as “dumb for picking up the flowers anyways” . How professional.. also, later to our realization we noticed owner used fake flowers from Lowe’s grocery store. Which is a big deal when you spend that kind of money. When asked for a full refund owner only wanted to give $100. And would not negotiate anything more than a gift certificate (like as if we’d use them again after this horror story.) Family still tried to come to an agreement but owner ended up blocking her phone number very unprofessional business leader. Very upsetting and unprofessional the way they treat their customers!"

"For Mothers Day I wanted an arrangement sent to my sister since I live in San Antonio, so I contacted Petal Pushers and spoke to Kate I told her my concerns about having it delivered to my sister because she was leaving work early she told me no problem and everything came out perfect. I will definitely be ordering from here again! My sister LOVED the flowers!!!!"
