"I have had my loan through this company for a few months now. I’m the professionalism is absolutely horrible. Today I spoke with a rep by the name of Liz at the FW branch. This lady asked me for my name then asked how can I help you. I advised her why I was calling she then asked for my member number then asked “now how can I help you” why gave me go through all of that. She had an attitude from the beginning. Long pauses with no response. I had to say hello just to make sure she was there. I wanted to snap off so bad but I decided to ask for a manager she put me on hold so long I decided to call on another phone while she had me on hold she just hung up. Poor service to say the least. I would never do business with them ever again. I honestly thought about banking with them as well for a second but that is never happening."

"I use to be a huge fan of Unity One but after experiencing job loss during COVID they were not willing to help me arrange payment for my loan. I finally got back on my feet paid off the loan but the late payments still negatively impacted my score. For a credit union to have a statement like this one “ At Unity One, we boldly believe that our members come first. That's why we always strive to provide the best service.” I think is the complete opposite I did not experience this and did not get a good result from talking with any representative on the phone. Go to another credit union where your issues actually matter because at Unity One that is surely not of importance to them."

"Daisy Tapia and Jose Ramirez are fantastic! All of their staff was extremely helpful, my car is now financed through Unity One and I am very happy with their service. Only downside, if you call in a payment they charge 10.00. All in all, a fantastic bank and outstanding staff."
