"The manager was Very Awful & full of drama! Please be aware of this location with him. He forgot about my rental & tried to take his mistakes out on me. His business practices were Terrible! Please go to a reputable rental car business. This manager was a lier & his character was Horrible. He lied about the rental fees & changed what he said. He seemed nice. But later appeared to have a narcissist Bipolar behavior. He was very impulsive & unpredictable. I lost my grandmother during rental. He constantly harassed. He called & was disrespectful. All while I was in hospital. He refused to take payment over phone & allow us to return vehicle that day. Because he was very petty & sent police to my house for no reason. Even they apologized due to death of my family & how they treated me. Please don't waste your time & go to a car rental business like this. This place lacked integrity & standards who lie to you about rental fees and disrespects you! This was the WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE I ever had!!!!"
